Killzone: Shadow Fall Gets Two New Trailers Sooner than PS4 Launch

Killzone: Shadow Fall is among the most anticipated PS4 launch titles, and for good reason. The team at Guerilla Games have crafted what looks to be the most effective looking next-gen launch title, and it looks super fun to play in addition. Now after months of seeing the sport in action, Sony has two final trailers for us before the sport launches with the PS4 this Friday.

The first trailer is your usual launch trailer that shows bits of story and gameplay to get players hyped for the one player campaign. For Killzone fans, it’s pretty exciting to peer a game set after the events of the outstanding Killzone 3. For everyone else, its campaign looks to be more fun than the campaigns present in Call of Duty: Ghosts and Battlefield 4.

The other trailer focuses exclusively at the tech utilized in the most recent Killzone title. That is the trailer for those that are more interested by the technical side of game development, or for those that wish to mindlessly argue about which console is healthier on the web. It’s more fun when viewed in the course of the eyes of the previous.

‘Assassin’s Creed IV’ Mobile App Released

The trend for major game releases during the last two years have been to pre-sell gamers on DLC with season pass bundles. Those bundles are actually expected and publishers have moved on ton the following trend: the so-called second screen experience.

Mobile apps that tie-in with big games are nothing new, but publishers this year have begun releasing more of them or even ones which could significantly affect gameplay. Ubisoft’s upcoming The Division appears to be like tailored around a mobile app by which players can interact with the sport world others are experiencing on their consoles. Even Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V had a “iFruit” app which could affect in-game customization options.

Today, Ubisoft released its mobile app for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. The app is offered through Apple’s App Store for iPads and during Google Play for Android tablets.

The app incorporates a full map of the sport, allowing players to peer objectives and mark waypoints. It also allows gamers to send their fleet of ships on missions while clear of the primary game, letting them grind for cargo and money all day long. Moreover those interactive elements, various game stats, unlocks, and treasure maps should be viewed during the tablet apps.

‘Dead Rising 3′ Story Trailer Released

The characters and situations certainly look larger-than-life and a chunk ridiculous – but that’s to be expected from a Capcom game.

That Minecraft Documentary Is Now Free To observe On YouTube

Late last year, 2 Player Productions released a documentary called Minecraft: The tale of Mojang. The film explored the origins of Minecraft and the immense impact it has had at the gaming community and players everywhere in the world. Since its release, you can purchase the film for as low as $8, but now it’s free.

2 Player Productions released everything of Minecraft: The tale of Mojang on YouTube today. The only-hour-and-44-minute film is all here on your viewing pleasure on everybody’s not-so-favorite-anymore video streaming portal.

Of course, the thrill a part of it being on YouTube lets you watch the whole film below. So grab a snack, get comfortable and prepare to observe the very best gaming documentaries ever made:

What If The Pirates Of Assassin’s Creed IV Were Tailors Instead?

Last week, Sony UK teased something Street Fighter related for the PS4 as component of its #4ThePlayers campaign. While we still don’t know what’s up with that, Sony has released another video with intentions which are far easier to discern.

The latest #4ThePlayers promo features E. Kenway & Sons Bespoke Tailors – a clothes shop based heavily on Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. As we already find out about Black Flag coming to the PS4, this promo doesn’t have a similar air of secrecy surrounding it. It’s only a fun reimagining of the characters and themes from the newest Assassin’s Creed title.

But wait, what if Sony is teasing something more? Perhaps an Assassin’s Creed clothing line? Maybe some exclusive DLC where Edward Kenway gives up pirating and becomes an honorable tailor? Those folks who love online game fashion would do anything for the latter, but Ubisoft probably has no plans to entice a brilliant niche market in a single of its biggest franchises.

Speaking of DLC though, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will feature exclusive content that makes a speciality of Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation protagonist Aveline. Afterward down the street, the sport will also receive a DLC spin-off called Freedom Cry! that specializes in Kenway’s quartermaster – Adewale. Freedom Cry! could be available on all platforms.

Here’s What Diablo III Looks as if At the PS4

Earlier this year, Blizzard Entertainment finally got back into the console business with Diablo III at the PS3 and Xbox 360. Many felt that Diablo III on consoles was the definitive version so far as gameplay was concerned, but those consoles couldn’t properly recreate the visual experience that the computer version offers. With next gen consoles, that’s now entirely possible.

Over the weekend, Blizzard showed off Diablo III running at the PlayStation 4, and it looks just nearly as good because the PC version does. It also shows off some gameplay from the brand new Diablo III expansion – Reaper of Souls – in an effort to be available on PS4 and PC.

With improved visuals and the gameplay enhancements seen within the earlier console versions, Diablo III at the PS4 could be the definitive version of Blizzard’s action RPG.

There’s no word yet on even if Diablo III will make its thanks to the Xbox One at some point. Right now, it sounds as if to be a next-gen exclusive on Sony’s machine, but it’s hard to visualize that it’s going to stay that way for long.

Xbox One Gets a good looking TV Spot

The Xbox One is ready to release in only under two weeks on November 22. As such, Microsoft is now starting its marketing machine to be sure everybody knows the following generation of Xbox is sort of here.

In the primary TV spot for Xbox One, Microsoft turns the trope of the gamer couple on its head. Xbox One to Have Skydrive App at Launch

Microsoft today announced that its upcoming Xbox One console could have SkyDrive capabilities when it launches on November 22. Customers may be capable of view photos and videos that they add to their SkyDrive using their Microsoft Account at the console.

The SkyDrive app at the Xbox One was specifically created by Microsoft’s SkyDrive team to exploit the console’s unique features.

Sony Will Hold a PS4 Launch Event In San Francisco

Sony announced today that it’ll be holding a launch event for the PS4 in San Francisco on November 14. Rather than holding it at among the company’s many Sony Stores, however, it is going to be holding it on the GameStop on 830 Market St.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a celebration without activities and food, and Sony has all that and more. For those attending the launch event, Sony will hook you up with PS4 demos & contests, food trucks, a variety of prizes and more.

Here’s everything which you could win on the event:

  • PS4 Grand Prize Pack, which incorporates a PS4 signed by Jack Tretton, and a Mark Cerny autographed Knack poster

    Sony Creates The coolest PS4 Unboxing Video Imaginable

    The unboxing video has now become somewhat of a convention for brand new consoles.
