‘Dishonored: Game of the Year Edition’ Out Tomorrow, Teaser Video Released
Posted on November 5, 2013 at 3:29 pm
One month ago, Bethesda announced Dishonored: Game of the Year Edition, a brand new version of last year’s Dishonored. The sport was a critical success and a moderate hit, providing gameplay akin to that of Deus Ex and a twisted art style that matched its story of betrayal and revenge. More importantly, the sport provided Bethesda with a brand new world and IP to explore with the aid of development studio Arkane.
Tomorrow the recent edition of the sport will launch for $40. The sport of the Year Edition comes packaged with all the DLC released for the sport this year, including the Dunwall City Trials challenge pack and both episodes of a narrative expansion titled The Knife of Dunwall and The Brigmore Witches. The tale expansions allow players to step into the shoes of Dishonored antagonist Daud with new powers to apply for creative assassinations.
The launch trailer for the brand new edition give a quick preview of both the principle story and DLC for Dishonored. It really does highlight just how simple the high concept for the sport really is:

Splinter Cell Blacklist Homeland DLC Detailed In Trailer
Posted on November 4, 2013 at 11:42 am
Splinter Cell Blacklist released earlier this summer to rave reviews with many saying it was a return to form after the past few outings with Sam Fisher proved to be somewhat controversial among fans. One cause of this was the return of a co-op mode that was more like what fans saw inside the universally praised Chaos Theory.
Speaking of which, fans who pre-ordered Blacklist were treated to 2 exclusive co-op maps – Dead Coast and Billionaire’s Yacht. Now those two maps are available in to all as portion of the Homeland DLC pack.
The DLC pack, which costs $6.99, also comes with four gear pieces, four suits for the Spies vs Mercs multiplayer mode, and one new weapon – a crossbow with sleep gas darts.
The Homeland DLC pack is out there now on PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC.

New Halo Comic Announced By Dark Horse
Posted on November 4, 2013 at 8:48 am
Halo canon lovers rejoice. Dark Horse is taking another online game franchise to print in Halo: Escalation. The UNSC flagship Infinity may be the centerpiece for the comic’s first issue. The author is none apart from Chris Schlerf, the lead writer of Halo 4.
The events in Halo: Escalation begin with the Infinity being assigned an escort mission for the covenant. In fact, things don’t go in response to plan. You could read the synopsis at the website and get excited for the primary issue on December 11th. For more info on other game comics by Dark Horse, which includes Plants vs Zombies or Tomb Raider, click here and here respectively.
Our Take
The synopsis means that the series will occur before the events of Halo 4 and Spartan Ops. Before serving as an exploratory ship, Infinity fought inside the Sangheili civil war. My guess is that the series begins after the signature battles at the Elites’ home world.
Even though Master Chief might sit this series out, it’s exciting to look comics expand a video game’s universe. A deeper have a look at Infinity might possibly be interesting.

‘BioShock Infinite’ DLC Video Teases Return to Rapture
Posted on November 3, 2013 at 8:11 am
Early this year, Irrational Games released two Mockumentaries previewing the sector of Columbia, the floating city that served because the setting of BioShock: Infinite. The docs were made within the sort of old 70s documentaries on paranormal or mysterious topics. The series was titled “Truth From Legend” and subtitled “Columbia: a trendy Day Icarus?”
Now, with an all-new DLC story campaign set to take gamers back to Rapture (the underwater-city setting of the unique BioShock), Irrational has brought back the “Truth From Legend” series with a brand new topic: “Rapture: a trendy Day Atlantis?” The video teases a noir-style poster of Booker and Elizabeth from BioShock Infinite, both re-cast in 1950s roles in Rapture.
The release date for BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea has not yet been announced. The add-on will are available in two parts, and should tell the tale of Booker as a personal eye in Rapture. Elizabeth will play the classic role of the sultry woman who sets the case in motion – a case that looks to be associated with the eventual fate of Rapture.

a glance At Naughty Dog’s Abandoned Jak And Daxter Reboot
Posted on November 3, 2013 at 6:07 am
Am I the one person who likes these designs? i believe they give the impression of being cool, at the least- kinda jogs my memory of the Dark Crystal. I got the Jak and Daxter trilogy your time ago. I’ve desired to get into the series, but I NEED TO play them so as. The difficulty is, though, that the primary J&D game is kinda… boring. The sport really centers around getting enough orbs, to get enough power cells, to get to the subsequent place. After which the method starts over! i do know that Jak 2 and three are good, fun games, however the problem i’ve got is making an attempt to wade my way in the course of the muck of egg collecting. That irritates me.

The Assassin’s Creed Heritage Collection should be out on November 8, 2013 within the U.K and Europe – the week after Black Flag launches in those territories. The gathering might be coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC, though no North American release plans haven’t begun been revealed.

Last year’s Assassin’s Creed III could also be included within the bundle.
Ubisoft didn’t reveal whether the Heritage Collection will include all DLC content for every of the games included. Costume Ideas For Gamers This Halloween
Posted on November 2, 2013 at 8:33 am
Looking to decorate up as a game character for Halloween this year? Don’t wish to spend the effort and time to make a fancy dress worthy of cosplay events? Well, the web is here to make it easy to point out your gaming pride this year.
Minecraft fans who wish to lower your expenses should purchase a Creeper cardboard head. Wear a green shirt and green pants to finish the outfit. If you’d rather not explode and destroy the side of a home that someone’s put their heart into building, then get the Steve head instead. Top it off with a teal shirt and blue jeans and you’re all done.
If you really need to freak people out, purchase a Slender Man costume. The suit is amazingly form fitting, that can be uncomfortable for some, so wearing an average black suit with the mask is usually an option. The product description says you could see, eat, and drink in the course of the mask. Just ensure you’re always standing behind someone after they turn around.
Parents who’re trick-or-treating with their kids can get them a deluxe costume from the wildly popular Skylanders series. The Crusher and Jet Vac costumes cost lower than $40 and so they look pretty detailed. Activision would probably agree which you haven’t already spent enough money at the Skylanders franchise.
For those willing to spend the cash, Amazon.com has a close Conner from Assassin’s Creed III costume for roughly $120. A wrist blade will cost another $40, and you’ll ought to supply your individual blue pants and shoes. Nevertheless it is absolutely worth it to place the hurt on some Templars. There’s also a women’s Ezio costume for female fans.
Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite have been a preferred cosplay character this year, and insist for her outfit is understandably high. Female gamers who need to dress up as the best female characters in recent memory should buy this costume for $190. Obviously, no citizen of Columbia should ever leave the home with no skyhook.
Feel free to put in writing within the comments below in case you have your individual costume ideas for Halloween this year.

Release Date For Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut Revealed
Posted on November 1, 2013 at 3:09 pm
That’s odd. i’ll have sworn the Wii U version was already out. I’ve actually been replaying the unique game recently. It is a exceptional, with quite a few good stealth, shooting, and solid rpg elements. slightly unpolished in areas, character faces look weird now and then and the ending felt rushed, but otherwise a totally solid title.
I’d want to buy this updated version, if only to get your complete dlc on one disc, but with my finances i cannot justify buying what’s essentially a game I already own.
Seeing how anyone who will be inquisitive about this game has probably already bought it, i will not see this selling well overall, especially at the Wii U. I predict five figure sales, something along the lines of fifty,000 copies sold. But maybe I’m just being pessimistic.

Here is What The following Generation Of Madden NFL Will Seem like
Posted on November 1, 2013 at 5:30 am
At the launch of the Xbox 360, Madden NFL 06 for Microsoft’s newest console was considered not so good as its PS2/Xbox counterparts. EA is operating hard to make certain they don’t repeat that mistake with Madden NFL 25 for Xbox One and PS4.
In a brand new trailer released today, EA is showing off what Madden NFL 25 will appear like on next-gen consoles. The sport is powered by EA’ new IGNITE engine that promises unprecedented realism in EA’s sports games, like Madden and FIFA. Does it deliver on that promise? Take a look at the trailer below and notice for yourself:
So, what do you observed? Will Madden NFL 25 change the sport of simulated football forever? Or will it just be a graphical upgrade with out real substance? That was the issue with Madden NFL 06 at the Xbox 360 – it offered a minor graphical upgrade while skimping out at the features. If Madden NFL 25 can deliver at the graphics and gameplay, football fans just might find that dishing out the additional money for a next-gen console this holiday season is worthwhile.
Madden NFL 25 is already available at the PS3 and Xbox 360. It’s going to launch on November 15 for the PS4 and November 22 for the Xbox One.
