Last week, Ubisoft and VICE teamed as much as produce a history documentary series in accordance with the important historical pirates that populate Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. The primary episode explored the lifetime of Charles Vane – the foremost dangerous pirate to have ever lived. Now the second one episode is out, and it tackles history’s most infamous pirate.
In episode two of Rum, Guns and Gallows, VICE travels to Jamaica to profit more about Blackbeard. While there, they visit an illegal distillery operation that produces the type of rum that Blackbeard and other pirates would have drank. This isn’t the stuff which you mix with some coke at the weekends either. This rum could easily kill you in case you aren’t careful.
The final episode of Ubisoft’s and VICE’s documentary series will observe the lifetime of Calico Jack. There’s no trailer for it yet, however, so we don’t know where the VICE film crew will come to be next.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag launches on October 29 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U. It’ll launch later in November for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
