Clans are a vital part of any multiplayer FPS experience. As such, Call of Duty: Ghosts will obviously integrate clan support into its multiplayer component. The sport would be introducing some new elements to its clan support though.
Check out how Clans is a vital part of the decision of Duty: Ghosts’ multiplayer experience. This year introduces new breakthroughs, including the decision of Duty Clan Wars game experience, and cross-platform Clans — where players can now join a Clan with friends whether they play on Xbox, PlayStation or Windows PC, and level-up their Clan to earn exclusive unlocks and multiplayer XP bonuses.
The big addition this is cross-platform clan support. Most clans are still probably going to all be at the same platform, but it’s nice to grasp that players on one platform may help out clan members on another platform. It might be even nicer if Infinity Ward could add cross-platform play, but that’s a pipe dream with the intention to never happen until the normal console dies.
It’s pretty obvious that Infinity Ward is overhauling clan support in an try to make Call of Duty more effective in the eSport community. It just might work too as progressively more people hop on Twitch and other streaming platforms to monitor multiplayer matches.
If you’re considering installing a clan, you could have until October 25 to create or reserve a clan name at Call of Duty’s official clan site. Activision will release an official Call of Duty app on November 5 to help you keep track of your clan’s progress and arrange matches against other clans.
