The PS4 launches in two days, and the console is practically sold out everywhere. If you’d like one at launch, you’re either going to need to face the scalpers or camp out in Ny city.
Sony announced today that it’s going to have 444 PlayStation 4 consoles available for fans who’re willing to camp out in front of The conventional, High Line Hotel in Ny city. The consoles will go on sale in the dark on November 15, but you could go stand in line at once. In the event you intend to buy the console, Sony says that they’re only taking bank card so all individuals who have cash stored in a shoe box are out of luck.
Of course, some people may not think a PS4 is worth camping in Ny city for the following two days. To assist make it worth your while, Sony may also be holding a midnight launch event on the Standard for those waiting in line. Apart from the 30 PS4 demo kiosks, fans may even have the likelihood to play games with their creators and a few mystery “industry luminaries.”
Not content to celebrate the PS4 launch with just games, Sony may even install “a large art installation within the central plaza” with a view to “showcase interactive content and real-time art jams.” The corporate can be projecting “images depicting the creative means of developing video games” at the entire north side of the hotel.
Last but not least, people who occur to select up a PS4 on Thursday night may also have a raffle to seem on TV as Spike TV could be broadcasting the launch event in Ny city live starting at 11 p.m. EST. The station will televise the primary PS4 being sold inside the U.S. for you to appear early.
