You could say that I prefer the cold Winter months to the recent and humid Summer months. I never once questioned that preference before.

In the latest trailer for Lost Planet 3, we get two-and-a-half minutes of the science behind freezing to death. Because the temperature drops, your body starts shutting down in phases. All of it ends along with your eyeballs rupturing. It’s not exactly pleasant.

I desire to think that I still like cold weather, but now I’m not so sure anymore. Sure, heat exhaustion is an issue, but your eyeballs don’t explode. In brief, i feel Lost Planet 3 has the scariest trailer of the year. Survival horror games just like the Evil Within don’t have anything on freezing to death.

Lost Planet 3 will launch on August 27 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
