The Last people is one the foremost highly acclaimed games of 2013, and it’s about to get its first expansion. Naughty Dog’s Eric Monacelli has shared news on what players can expect from the 3 content packs which are at the way.

The first pack will drop on October 15. The Abandoned Territories Map Pack adds four new maps to The Last of Us’ multiplayer offerings. The Suburbs map features random dust storms, the Bus Depot will display the game’s wild giraffes within the background, Hometown puts players in combat at night, and Bookstore adds verticality to the mixture.

The second DLC is the tale-focused segment. This may occasionally feature a brand new character who has just been cast. Naughty Dog expects to deliver this in December or January.

The final DLC pack could be multiplayer focused. Naughty Dog has also announced that various head items to customise multiplayer characters has been added to the season pass, including the exclusive Nightmare Mask. I haven’t yet had the chance to play The Last of Us’ multiplayer mode, though I hear great things.
